Who we share your data with

Quident™, Inc. does not sell or otherwise provide your personal data to any third party companies; however, if legally required, it may provide the data to law enforcement. Third party software/services used by Quident™ may collect additional information as listed below.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

User login/profile information: In order to authenticate the user and to provide access to additional services, the userID, password, email address, name, and IP address of the user are collected. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. This information may be edited by website administrator(s).

Customer Support Requests and Comments: In order to provide customer support or to provide feedback on comments, the contents on the customer support / comments form are collected, in addition to the email address, IP address, name of the user, and the browser user agent string (if applicable). This information is also used to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using the email address. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS), this data will become available to visitors to the website including website administrator(s).


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
